Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: May 15, 2026
Welcome to Anchorin.com (the "Site"), operated by Anchorin ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, purchasing our products, or subscribing to our auto-delivery programs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service" or "Terms").
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES. THEY CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.
If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site or purchasing our products.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND SITE USE
-
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use or access this Site, register for an account, or purchase/subscribe to our products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
-
Compliance: You agree to use the Site and our products in strict compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
-
Permitted Use: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site. Downloaded or printed materials from the Site are permitted for individual, personal use only.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
-
Ownership: All content, user interfaces, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and tools provided on or through the Site (collectively, "Site Content") are the sole property of Anchorin or its licensing partners. Site Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.
-
Restrictions: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, republish, or distribute any portion of the Site or Site Content without express written permission from us. No license or right to use any trademark, service mark, or logo displayed on the Site is granted to you.
3. PRODUCTS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY; ANTI-RESELLER POLICY
-
Strict Personal Use: All products and samples purchased or received from Anchorin.com are strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
-
Resale Prohibition: To protect the intellectual property and quality standards of Anchorin, any resale of products for personal or business profit is strictly prohibited. You agree not to list, link, sell, or resell any Anchorin products on any third-party e-commerce site, online marketplace, or mobile application (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
-
Right to Cancel: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to reject, limit, or cancel the quantity of any order that we believe possesses characteristics of reselling or otherwise violates this policy.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY
-
Order Offers: Each part of an order you submit constitutes an offer to purchase. A receipt of an automated order confirmation email does not constitute our legal acceptance of your order.
-
Final Acceptance: Anchorin is only deemed to have accepted your order once the products you ordered have been physically shipped. We reserve the right to deny or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: pricing errors, inaccurate product information, insufficient or erroneous billing/shipping details, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is canceled after payment processing, a full refund will be issued.
-
Modifications: Descriptions, images, features, and prices of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
5. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL (California Compliant)
By enrolling in an Anchorin subscription program, you agree to the following recurring billing terms in accordance with California's Automatic Renewal Law (ARL):
-
Continuous Charges and ARL Disclosure: Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. This subscription will automatically renew and continue indefinitely until you choose to cancel it.
-
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew, and your authorized payment method will continue to be charged on a recurring basis at the delivery frequency selected (e.g., every 4 weeks or 30 days) without additional notice or authorization from you, until you cancel.
-
Billing Information Accuracy: You are responsible for maintaining current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information in your account settings. Failure to maintain valid payment details may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription.
-
Easy Online Cancellation: In compliance with California law, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time via an explicit, easy-to-use online mechanism. You can cancel by logging into your account portal on Anchorin.com, clicking "Manage Subscriptions," and selecting the cancellation option, or by contacting our Customer Care team at support@anchorin.com. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, cancellations must be completed prior to the processing date of your upcoming order.
-
Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to change product pricing for subscriptions at any time. We will notify you via email in advance of any price changes, providing you the option to cancel before the next scheduled ship date.
6. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES, AND OFFERS
-
Terms of Offers: All promotional offers, discount codes, and referral credits are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of publication.
-
Restrictions: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional discounts apply only to the first order of a new subscription or a one-time purchase, do not apply to subsequent recurring subscription deliveries, and cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or store credits. Promotional codes are non-transferable and void where prohibited.
-
Reactivation: If a subscription is canceled at any time and later reactivated, the reactivation will reflect the then-current standard retail pricing, and initial introductory discounts will not apply.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
-
Mandatory Arbitration: You and Anchorin agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the purchase and use of our products will be resolved exclusively through binding, individual arbitration rather than in a court of general jurisdiction.
-
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND ANCHORIN AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
